
PAYMENTS
Payment of accommodation or sundry accounts can be made in cash, Eftpos, A$ Travellers Cheques, VisaCard, BankCard, MasterCard, Diners or Amex. While in residence, a room account for tours, telephone calls, transfers etc. will be held until the end of your stay. A pre-authority (swipe) of your credit card will be required as security.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. If the room is available you may check in earlier. Check out time is 10.30am on day of departure. Late check out can be arranged at a cost of $15.00 per hour. A change room with toilet and shower facilities is available to guests with early/late arrivals and departures. All outdoor facilities are available for use by guests inclusive of our two large saltwater pools. A luggage lockup facility offered.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations should be advised in writing by mail, fax or E-mail. Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to date of arrival will be refunded in full, with an administration fee of $20.00 applicable to all refunds. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to date of stay, payments will only be refunded if the property can be re-let. If the re-letting is not identical in value the refund will be reduced by the difference.
CLEANING AND LINEN
Apartments may be fully serviced daily, towel change only or weekly service. Rates reflect service levels requested
PETS
No pets are allowed into holiday rental accommodation, as per Health Regulations
WHAT TO PACK
Casual light clothing is suitable year round. From mid June to mid September, a light sweater and long pants may be needed in the evenings. Port Douglas is very relaxed; smart casual wear is accepted in all restaurants and bars. Beach towels are provided, so don’t pack one if you need the extra space! Other vitals are sunscreen & insect repellent.
